Paul Thomas

PAUL THOMAS is a former pupil of Abingdon School and a student of Jurisprudence at St Edmund Hall, Oxford University. He obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree in law from Oxford University in 1981 and his Master of Arts in 1984. He went to Guildford Law School and began his legal career with the City of London firm Titmuss, Sainer & Webb where he did his articles.
Paul qualified as a solicitor in 1984.
Paul advises on all types of commercial disputes, commercial deals and fraud related matters. He is very familiar with shareholders’ rights, partnership disputes, confiscation and restraint order issues.
Paul does not confine his work to the North West – he is often in the High Court in London where he has practised for 35 years. He has dealt with high profile Judicial Review applications, disputes between football agents, directors disqualifications, personal guarantee litigation and professional negligence.
