Jenny Banner began studying law through the Institute of Legal Executives in 1995 and became a Fellow of the Institute in 2002. She subsequently attended Liverpool John Moores University and qualified as a Solicitor in 2005. Jenny began her legal career with Quinn Melville Solicitors in 1996 and moved to Quinn Barrow Solicitors, the sister company of Quinn Melville, established in October 2005.

Jenny has 15 years experience dealing with all types of personal injury work including road traffic accidents, tripping incidents, industrial accidents, accidents at work, fatal accidents and claims made to the Criminal Injuries Compensation Authority.

Jenny is an experienced Litigator handling all types of commercial disputes and runs a successful debt recovery, personal and commercial insolvency department that deals with statutory demands; bankruptcy petitions and winding-up petitions. Jenny has successfully pursued claims against a number of Police Forces and acted in judicial review proceedings.
