Jenny Banner

Jenny Banner began studying law through the Institute of Legal Executives in 1995 and became a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives in 2002. She subsequently attended Liverpool John Moores University and qualified as a Solicitor in 2005. Jenny began her legal career with Quinn Melville Solicitors in 1996 and moved to Quinn Barrow Solicitors, the sister company of Quinn Melville, established in October 2005.

Jenny has 10 years experience dealing with all types of personal injury work including road traffic accidents, tripping incidents, industrial accidents, accidents at work, fatal accidents and claims made to the Criminal Injuries Compensation Authority. Jenny deals with all types of debt work on behalf of Quinn Melville, Quinn Barrow and Clients including sole traders, partnerships, limited companies and schools. She is also familiar with personal and commercial insolvency including statutory demands, bankruptcy petitions and winding up petitions.

Jenny has assisted upon claims against the police, Judicial Review applications, fraud related actions and work for S.I.A. the firm having secured a tender to act as an agent for the Security Industry Authority in North Wales.
