Litigation

We have expertise in all areas of court work, from the largest commercial disputes to the employment tribunal. We conduct litigation in the High Court in London as well as local courts in Liverpool.

We have a designated department with lawyers who specialise in personal injury claims. They have extensive experience dealing with claims arising out of personal injury whether by accident at work, road traffic accidents or other personal injury.

Family and Probate

We have a dedicated department to deal with divorce and ancillary issues arising from divorce and breakdown of partnerships. This department takes into consideration the new Civil Partnerships Act which has come into force this year.
