For a sale or purchase our legal fees (excluding VAT and disbursements) are:-

£75,001 to £100,000                                                £375
£100,001 to £175,000                                              £425
£175,001 to £200,000                                              £475
£200,001 to £250,000                                              £550

£250,000 +                                                                  £ Quote

We do not charge additional fees for acting for the lender, storage and archiving, postage or photocopying.
